MANUFACTURE OF PLASTIC PIPE WHOSE INSIDE IS COATED WITH METAL

PURPOSE:To omit a sanding process, by a method wherein a core metal is plated with a coating metal, to the surface of which an epoxy resin adhesive agent obtained through bisphenol F and isophorone diamine is applied and a plastic pipe is molded on the same. CONSTITUTION:A metallic layer 2 is formed by performing plating of a core metal 1 with a metal. The metallic layer 2 is made stickable to epoxy resin. Then an epoxy adhesive agent obtained from bisphenol F and isophorone diamine amine is applied to the metallic layer 2. Although a plastic layer may be provided also after roughening of the surface of a cured adhesive agent layer 3, it is preferable that a plastic layer 4 is provided without roughening the surface. It is necessary that the plastic layer 4 is stuck with the epoxy adhesive agent. As a molded body is of voidless structure, the same is hard to peel off even if severe stress such as a heat cycle is given on the same.
