PURPOSE:To easily perform a change of direction, by arranging traverse direction both end parts in one part of a forward path of the first endless belt overlapping with traverse direction both end parts of the second endless belt further being guided and 90 deg. twisted, in the case of a conveyer device for conveying coal or the like. CONSTITUTION:The first endless belt 2 and the second endless belt 9, holding their ear edge parts by an overlapping guide device 5 further forming enclosed space for conveying a conveyed object, are driven running. And arranging the first and second twisting rollers 50, 51 twisting their axial centers 90 deg. to each other, the endless belts are driven running between the rollers 50, 51 being guided by end rollers 53 which are arranged in such a manner that the higher in a position to the upper is placed the roller 53 the more displaced its axial center is. Accordingly, the first and second endless belts 2, 9 is changed 90 deg. in direction. By this constitution, enabling a change of direction to be easily performed, the first endless belt can be directly fed from its extremely rising position to the destination part.
