PURPOSE:To enable correct control of a sector address at all times by counting up the sector address stored in the memory inside an inner part controlling microprocessor in the case of the continuity of the sector address being disturbed or suspended by an erroneous address detection, etc. CONSTITUTION:An inner part controlling microprocessor 13 reads the detected sector address fed from an address detection part 10, a sector address checks the confirmation or not, and after confirmation of the sector address, checks the continuity in the sector address. And even if the erroneous detection of the sector address is caused, the control is effected with the sector address stored in the memory inside the inner part controlling microprocessor 13 being counted up. Thus a constantly correct sector address is controlled with continuity.
