PURPOSE:To improve a light transmission function by providing a lamp oppositely to the end face in the aperture at one end of a cylindrical body including a prism film disposed along the inside or outside surface of the light transmissive cylindrical body part in such a manner that the prism face is positioned on the outside. CONSTITUTION:The lamp 3 is provided oppositely to the end face 2 of the aperture at one end of the light transmissive cylindrical body 1a including the cylindrical body 1 and the prism film 4 formed with prisms on one face and disposed along the inside or outside surface of the cylindrical body 1 in such a manner that the prism face 6 thereof is positioned on the inside. The light of the lamp 3 is projected from the end face 2 of the cylindrical body part 1 on the inside surface thereof but the prism film 4 is provided on the inside surface of said body part 1 and, therefore, the greater part of the light is totally reflected by the film 4 and is transmitted internally. The high light transmission function is thereby provided to this device.
