PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration in the life of a glow plug by disconnecting a car battery from a alternator output terminal, when electricity is supplied to the glow plug of a car, and by making switching so that the output voltage of the alternator will drop. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 25 is put on, current from a battery 30 is supplied to the coil 29a of relay 29 to cause actuation of the relay contact 29b, and current of initial excitation flows to allow an alternator 100 to start power generation. When a switch 24 is then put on, voltage at the ends of a car glow plug 28 increases and a switching transistor 16 and a transistor 18 of a voltage switching circuit 200 are turned on to put a resistance 14 in parallel connection with a resistance 11, and the output voltage of the alternator 100 will sink. On the other, current is supplied to the coil 23a of a B contact relay 23 to turn off its relay contact 23b, and thereby the relay 29 is deenergized to turn off the contact 29b, and the battery 30 is disconnected from the output terminal of alternator 100. |
