PURPOSE:To obtain a molded object without bubbles contained therein for the synthetic resin liquid of all grades by a method in which while a casting chamber is connected in closed condition to a resin feeding mechanism wherein a main agent and a curing agent are agitated and mixed and then discharged, it constitutes a closed chamber connected to a vacuum evacuating mechanism and a pressurized air feeding mechanism by way of a switch valve. CONSTITUTION:A casting chamber 3 is formed as a closed chamber with sufficient pressure resistance, and while said chamber is connected to a measuring, agitating, mixing and discharging machine 2, the chamber 3 is connected to a vacuum pump 7 and a compressor 6 to evacuate the chamber into vacuum by way of switch valve 4, and further is connected to a pressurizing chamber 5 to pressures quickly the inside of the chamber 3 by a accumulating compressed air. Casting operation is achieved by the following process, that is, a switch valve 4 is switched to the vacuum evacuating side, and the inside of the chamber 3 is caused to be in vacuum evacuated condition by the operation of the vacuum pump 7. The synthetic resin liquid fed from the discharging machine 2 is poured into the cavity, and is vacuum-deaerated for a prescribed time. Next, the switch valve 4 is switched to pressurizing side, and the compressed air accumulated in the pressurizing chamber 5 is caused to flow quickly in the chamber 3, and the chamber 3 is pressurized for a prescribed time. Consequently, very good molded product without bubbles contained therein, may be obtained.
