PURPOSE:To control a moving direction and a moving speed by a relative direction and interval to the center key, by depressing one key among a lot of keys arranged like a concentric circle loop, provided on the circumference of one command input key. CONSTITUTION:A lot of keys 12-14 are provided in the shape of a concentric circle loop on the circumference of a key 11 for inputting a command of execution, etc. of a special function of a computer, etc., and the outside circle loop has more keys. An arrow of each key indicates a moving direction of a cursor, and when a key of the outermost circumference having a large number of arrows is depressed, its moving speed also becomes high. Which key is depressed is decided by a computer which is not shown in the figure, and in accordance with whether the key is in the inside layer, the intermediate layer or the outside layer, with regard to waiting times 1, 2, the inside layer, the intermediate layer and the outside layer are set to (a), (b), and (c), (d), and (e), (f), respectively, and also (a)>(c)>(e)>(b)>(d)>(f) is set.
