摘要

(A) New dry substances, obtainable by lyophilisation, suitable for the prodn. of stable suspensions contg. 4-hydroxy or 4 acyloxy-4-androstene-3,17-diones contain a combination of at least one phospholipid and at least one polyethylene glycol in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:10 as wetting agent and to increase the viscosity of the suspending agent. (B) stable suspensions contg. a dry substance as defined above in an aq. suspending agent are also new. (C) Also new are 4-hydroxy-and 4-acyloxy-4-androstene-3,17-dione in micronised form with a particle size of 2-20 micron.
