PURPOSE:To make manufacture easy and increase stability by mixing monohydric alcohol solution containing an oily component, hydrophilic non-ionic surfactant and polyhydric alcohol, with water to manufacture an oil-in-water emulsion. CONSTITUTION:A monohydric alcohol solution containing an oily component, hydrophilic non-ionic surfactant and polyhydric alcohol is prepared. The preferable rate of the hydrophilic non-ionic surfactant is 2-5pts.wt. to 100pts.wt. of monohydric alcohol, and that of the polyhydric alcohol in 0.05-40pts.wt. to 100pts.wt. of monohydric alcohol. Next, an oil-in-water type emulsion is prepared by mixing the monohydric alcohol solution and water while stirring them. Ethanol is specially preferable as a monohydric alcohol. |
