PURPOSE:To horizontally hold upper and lower bending dies and to simultaneously adjust the vertical work amt. by plurally arranging in the longitudinal direction the bend driving devices for vertically moving a bending frame and adjusting the vertical working amt. of each bend driving device simultaneously by a work amt. adjusting device. CONSTITUTION:The plate stock W for working is fixed by interposing together with the upper panel 31 provided on a lift frame 5 on a lower panel 9. The plate stock W is fixed by its interposing or its fixing is released by moving the lift frame 5 vertically. A bend driving device 89 is composed of a fluid cylinder 91 to rock a bending die frame 77 freely vertically. The rear end edge of the fixed plate stock W is therefore bent in the vertical direction by the upper and lower bending dies 71, 73 at the tip of the frame 77. The stroke amt. in the vertical direction of the fluid cylinder 91 is simultaneously adjusted by adequately rotating a control motor 151 by a work amt. adjusting device. Thus, the upper and lower bending dies are horizontally held and the vertical work amt. can simultaneously be adjusted.
