PURPOSE:To enhance luminescence intensity strongly more than a horseradish- derived peroxydase and enable a high sensitive analysis, by using a measuring reagent consisting of a microorganism-derived peroxydase and a hydrogen-down which is a luminous reagent. CONSTITUTION:Determination of a peroxide is carried out using a measuring reagent consisting of a peroxydase derived from Arachnomyces. ramosus, Coprinus.cinereus, etc., and a hydrogen-donor which is a luminous reagent. The reaction rate of chemiluminescence is fast and also luminescence intensity becomes stronger several ten times, compared with a conventionally used horseradish-derived peroxydase and the peroxide or peroxide produced by an enzymic method is determined in good sensitivity.
