ANTI-BOVINE COLLAGENASE INHIBITOR ANTIBODY AND PURIFICATION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled substance, by forming a hybridoma from a cell of an animal immunized against bovine collagenase inhibitor and cloning the hybridoma to mass produce a monoclonal antibody having high specificity. CONSTITUTION:A mouse is immunized against bovine collagenase, the prepared splenocyte is fused with myeloma cell and the fused cell is multiplied in a selective medium. Further cloning is carried out by limiting dilution to collect a monoclonal antibody forming hybridoma. The titled inhibitor is each monoclonal antibody having immune cross reactivity to only one antigen determining group among antigen determining groups existing in the bovine collagenase inhibitor, an affinity column is prepared by using the monoclonal antibody and the collagenase inhibitor is purified.
