PURPOSE:To prevent the unexpected delivery of high-temperature hot-water from a hot-water supplying cock, by a method wherein a valve mechanism, regulating the amount of feeding water for reducing a hot-water temperature, is maintained automatically in the water flow allowable condition of a set opening degree or more preferentially to an automatic regulation, effected by a supplying hot-water temperature regulating means, by a water flow detecting means and a safety control means, immediately before opening the hot-water supplying cock. CONSTITUTION:A low-temperature hot-water supplying passageway 18 is provided with a water flow detecting means 23, detecting the flow of water in accordance with the opening of a hot-water supplying cock 17, and a safety control means 26D. The safety control means 26D maintains a valve mechanism 21 in the water flow allowable condition of a set opening degree or more automatically so as to be preferential to the automatic control of the valve mechanism 21, which is effected by a supplying hot-water temperature control means 26C, on the basis of the detecting result of the water flow detecting means 23, when the low- temperature hot-water supplying passage-way 18 is under a condition that water is not flowing. According to this method, the high-temperature hot-water, delivered to the low-temperature hot-water supplying passageway, may be mixed with water for reducing the hot-water tempera ture, whose amount is sufficient in safety, without delay immediately after opening the hot-wa ter supplying cock even when the control of supplying hot-water temperature is delayed upon delivering the high-temperature hot-water from a high-temperature hot-water supplying passageway into the low-temperature hot-water supplying passageway.
