<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the weight by installing a shoe which is made of steel and has a hard ion plating skin film on the sliding surface between a swash plate made of high silicon aluminium alloy. CONSTITUTION:A compressor has a swash plate 3 revolving together with a rotary shaft 2 and a shoe 4 which is sliding-moved in contact with the swash plate 3. The swash plate 3 is made of high silicon aluminum alloy, and the sliding surface of the shoe 4 made of steel is applied with the hard ion plating having a thickness of 2-30mum. When the thickness of a skin film is thinner than 2mum, generation of abrasion is accelerated, and when the thickness exceeds 30mum, exfoliation of the skin film is accelerated. Therefore, the weight of the compressor can be reduced by using the material whose sliding performance is markedly improved.</p> |
