THERMAL INSULATION STRUCTURE FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To achieve high thermal insulation effect without causing crack by forming buffer layers composed of synthetic resin foam material in many gaps between a concrete breakwater body and many boards made of inorganic thermal insulation material. CONSTITUTION:A board member 14 made of such material as having low and high temperature durability and formed into a tile is mounted while being separated by a predetermined gap (d) from the inner wall face of a breakwater body 10 through an anchor bolt 12. Gaps between upper/lower and right/left boards 14 are filled with joint material 20. The gap (d) is filled with a buffer layer 22 composed of synthetic resin foam material, and the opposite faces thereof are jointed integrally to the inner wall face of the breakwater body 10 and the rear face of the board 14. The buffer layer 22 is foamy independently when it is completely molded, thereby a soft buffer layer can be obtained.
