PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive and compact timer unit by operating a gate valve through a piston rod reciprocating linearly and delivering city water intermittently. CONSTITUTION:When a faucet 1 of city water is opened, a piston in a cylinder body 2 is pushed by water pressure in city water piping, and independently circulating fluid 7 is delivered gradually through a regulation valve 5 into a receiving tank 6 with delivery thereof being regulated freely. When a setting time elapses, a ball 15 is moved by the tip portion of a piston rod 3 simultaneously with pushing of an operating pin 14 of a gate valve B. When the ball 15 moves, water is delivered instantaneously through a gate valve port 20. Consequently, water pressure in the cylinder body 2 decreases and the piston 3 is reset to fixed position by recovery force of a spring 11.
