PURPOSE:To simplify a wiring between a controller and each terminal, by constituting a device in such a way that a terminal unit in which an instruction and a display data issued from the controller are connected in a ring shape is transferred in a form of serial data. CONSTITUTION:The terminal units 12 are arranged at pickup working positions respectively, and are connected in the ring shape between each output terminal and input terminal of the controller 11 with a double conductor cable. The controller 11 performs the check of the operation, the display control, and the transmission/reception control of the output data of the terminal unit 12 based on a control instruction and a data issued from the data managing device of a computer, etc. For this reason, a serial output terminal So which outputs the control instruction and the data to the terminal unit 12 and an input terminal ACKin which receives a reception confirming signal from the terminal unit 12 are provided on the controller 11.
