PURPOSE:To regulate the concn. of oxygen in a room, by providing a gas separation part wherein a separation membrane having permeation velocity of H2O> CO2>O2>N2 is used and providing gas feed pipings for communicating the feed side of gas to be treated with the space of the inside of the room. CONSTITUTION:A gas separation party 50 is constituted by using a gas separation membrane 51 having the characteristics of permeation velocity of H2O> CO2>O2>N2 and the air fed to the gas separation part 50 is separated and enriched by being passed through the gas separation membrane 51. The space of the inside of a room 10 is joined to the gas separation part 50 by three pipings 20, 30, 40 and valve gears 21, 31, 41 are provided to each piping respectively. In such a device, the concn. of oxygen incorporated in the room can be regulated without need of a ventilating means and also automatic control by the valve gears and a means for imparting gas pressure is facilitated by using various sensors.
