PURPOSE:To obtain a soil improving agent capable of enhancing productivity of plant cultivation soil with saved labor, by blending minor elements linked to ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Mo, Co and B in a chloride containing essential elements for plants linked to chlorine. CONSTITUTION:The aimed soil improving agent obtained by blending (B) minor elements Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Mo essential to plants and useful element Co and minor essential element B in (A) a chloride containing macroelements N, P, K, Ca, Mg and S essential to plants linked to chlorine. Furthermore, the upper limits of the respective blended elements in the component (B) are 3ppm Fe, 0.5ppm Mn, 0.02ppm Cu, 0.05ppm Zn, 0.01ppm Mo, 0.01ppm Co and 0.8ppm B.
