PURPOSE:To minimize the deformation of lead terminals for connecting a piezoelectric vibrator after or the at time of mounting the piezoelectric vibrator by providing a fixing island of the lead wires of the piezoelectric vibrator of the lead terminals for connecting the piezoelectric vibrator in the vicinity of an outer circumferential ridge of a resin packaging. CONSTITUTION:Lead terminals 7, 8 are connection lead terminals with a crystal vibrator 4, one terminal is connected to a semiconductor element 1 by an Au wire 2, and the other terminal is prolonged toward an outer frame 9 of the lead frame. Then fixing islands 12, 13 to fix a couple of leads 12, 13 to fix a couple of lead wires 4' of the crystal vibrator 4 are provided in the inside close to the outer circumferential ridge 5 of the transfer mold and connected to the outer frame 9 of the lead frame. The crystal vibrator 4 is placed nearly in parallel while being clipped by crystal vibrator connection lead terminals 7, 8, and the lead wire 4' cut off in a short size is connected by soldering or the like to the islands 12, 13 of the lead terminals 7, 8 for crystal vibrator connection. Thus, the bent or slack of the connection lead terminals is prevented.
