PURPOSE:To easily form moire heat-resisting gratings on many test-pieces by arranging a coating plate which has many slits in an orthogonal grating shape on the test-pieces and then projecting laser light CONSTITUTION:Many parallel slits 22 arrayed at the same pitch with the moire heat-resisting gratings are provided in the surface of a mirror 21 which is the coating plate. Then the mirror 21 having he slits 22 is placed on the plane test-pieces and irradiated with the laser parallel light beam form above. Consequently, only laser light beams passed through the slit parts of the mirror 21 reach the surfaces of the test-pieces to form grooves confirming with the shape of the slits 22. Consequently, the moire heat-resisting gratings are manufactured in a short period for the many test-pieces.
