The apparatus for performing medical analyses by photometry, comprising in combination a support table 2, on which are arranged a turntable 3 containing a plurality of cuvettes 4, in which the different sera of patients are introduced, a second turntable 5, consisting of series of cells 6 with two partially separated compartments 11, 12, a means 7 for withdrawing serum from a cuvette, also comprising a syringe filled with diluent, the said withdrawal means being interposed between the two said turntables 3, 5 in order to introduce serum and diluent into the first compartment 11 of the cells 6, and a console 8 provided with photometric reading means 9 and result display means 10, is characterised in that the second compartment 12 of each cell 6 contains a specific dry reagent 17, which is premetered in units, and in that each cell 6 has, in plan view, the shape of an angular sector forming part of a circular arc assembly in which each cell 6 is self-breaking. <IMAGE>
