PURPOSE:To obtain good characteristics, such as sensitivity, as a photo conductive material by using a specified combination of an electric charge generating material composed of an organic compound having an oxazine ring and/or a thiazine ring and a specified charge transfer material. CONSTITUTION:The charge generating material composed of the organic compound having an oxazine ring and/or a thiazine ring is used in a combination with at least one of the charge transfer materials represented by formula I-IV in which R1 is alkyl or phenyl; each of X and Y H or halogen, each independent of each other; R2 is H or alkyl; R3 is phenyl; R4 is aminophenyl or the like; each of R5 and R7 is same as each of R6 and R8, and each is H, optionally substituted phenyl, or alkyl; R9 is H, alkyl, halogen, or nitro; and R10 is H, amino, alkyl, alkylamino, alkoxy, nitro, or nitryl. |
