摘要 PURPOSE:To attain the high speed response of a servo motor by forming an open loop not feeding back a turning angle in driving a motor according to a speed command signal and forming a closed loop feeding back the turning angle for the final positioning. CONSTITUTION:A motor drive means D drives a servo motor M based on a speed command signal and when the speed curve is, e.g., a trapezoidal shape, the motor is accelerated at the initial period, driven at uniform motion in the intermediate period, and decelerated at the final period. The turning angle of the motor M when the drive along with the speed curve is finished is detected by a turning angle detection means E, a controller C obtains the difference between the motor drive angle and the set turning angle obtained by the turning angle detection means E and a drive command signal to drive the motor to reverse the motor depending on the polarity of the difference is fed to the motor drive means D. The motor is normally driven or reversed by the motor drive means D until the difference goes to zero and the servo motor is positioned to the set drive angle.
