PURPOSE:To obtain a make-up cosmetic having excellent smoothness to the skin, feeling of integration, high water resistance and improved durability of make-up, by blending silicone treated powder with specific amounts of a silicone oil-containing oil component and a hydrophilic substance. CONSTITUTION:(A) One or more kinds of silicone treated powder are blended with (B) a single oil component or mixed oil component comprising 50-100wt.%, preferably >=70wt.% based on sum of oil components of a silicone oil and (C) a hydrophilic substance such as hydrophilic surface active agent, water-soluble high polymer, polyhydric alcohol, cellulose derivative or water-swelling clay minerals as essential components in the ratio of 30-99wt.% preferably 50-92wt.% component A, 1-70wt.% component B and 0.05-5wt.%, preferably 0.1-3wt.% component C to give a make-up cosmetic having smoothness to the skin in using a make-up tool impregnated with water, excellent feeling of integration, improved water resistance and durability of cosmetic. |
