PURPOSE:To give a good ride and enable a housing capacity to be small by connecting nonskid base parts in a folded form with bendable connecting members and spreadably forming a nonskid body which is provided in between side members. CONSTITUTION:The end parts of nonskid base parts 2 which are arranged in parallel are mutually alternately connected with plural bendable connecting members 3 in a folded form in a plan view to form a nonskid body 1. And, the nonskid body 1 is installed in between two parallel side members 20 via engaging parts 4. By this structure, the nonskid base parts 2 can be mutually spread due to the spreading deformation of the bendable connecting members 3. By this structure, a good ride can be given while enabling a housing form to be made small and, further, installation and removal can be made easier.
