Device enabling the affixing to a vehicle roof by means of transverse carrying bars, of a windsurf board and of its accessories (wishbone and mast), or as the case may be of other objects such as surfboards, canoes, kayaks and other rigid elongate objects, characterised by the use of elements positioned on the carrying bars (B) at distances which depend upon the object to be affixed. Each element is characterised by a series of parts of which the chief are: the body (1), a pivoting lever (2) which secures the board (P), a slide (3) securing the wishbone (W) and a second lever (4) enabling the mast (M) to be secured. Also possible with other elements are: affixing to the carrying bars, immobilising of the lever (2) and slide (3), and immobilisation and rotational guiding of the lever (4). <IMAGE>
