A method for preparing green aroma compounds is disclosed wherein raw soybeans are ground at a temperature of 60 DEG C. or less, unsaturated fatty acid are added thereto form a mixture, and the mixture is stirred at a temperature of 5 DEG to 60 DEG C. while supplying air or oxygen to form green aroma compounds.
