PURPOSE:To simplify a driving circuit, by arranging first and second armatures generating magnetic poles at positions with specified electrical angle phase different from that of a stator magnet. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 10 consists of a permanent magnet having an N pole 11 and an S pole 12, and a stator magnet 40 is provided with an N pole 41 at the electrical angles of 0 deg.-180 deg. and an S pole 42 at the electrical angles of 180 deg.-360 deg.. From a first armature 50, a magnetic pole with electrical angle phase different from that of the stator magnet 40 by +150 deg. is generated, and from a second armature 60, a magnetic pole with electrical angle phase different from that of the stator magnet 40 by -150 deg. is generated. The first and second armatures 50, 60 of the stator magnet 40 are integrated with each other to compose a stator 30. Hence, electrical conduction to the first and second armatures 50, 60 only has to be controlled requiring only two switching elements Q1, Q2, and the whole composition can be simplified.
