PURPOSE:To make a device small in size and light in weight and prevent miscopying by supplying power from a primary or secondary battery and enabling the image forming operation when the output voltage of the battery is in such range that a correct image is obtained. CONSTITUTION:A battery 20 which supplies power to each load and a control part consists of the primary battery or the secondary battery which can be repeatedly charged and discharged. The output of a comparator Q1 goes to the high level if a voltage divided by resistances R1 and R2 is higher than a reference voltage, and this output goes to the low level if said voltage is lower than the reference voltage, and the result is inputted to a port 1 of a CPU (microcomputer) Q3 through a buffer Q2. The CPUQ3 discriminates whether the supply voltage is within the range, where the correct image can be obtained, or not on the basis of this input, and the image forming operation is enabled if the supply voltage is within this range. Thus, an image forming device is obtained which is not restricted with respect to the place of the use because of the small size and the light weight and can obtain the correct image. |
