PURPOSE:To adjust the resistance without making a resistive element inductive by connecting a termination resistive element having an element width wider than the line width and having a real resistance equal to or smaller than the characteristic impedance without any trimming. CONSTITUTION:The element width 14 is designed with a margin so that the resistance of the termination resistive element 14 is equal to or smaller than the characteristic impedance of the strip line 10 without any trimming. Thus, the element width L3 of the termination resistive element at a trimmed part 16 is limited to the length not causing induction thereby adjusting the resistance. |
