PURPOSE:To decrease vibration in operation and enable smooth starting by constituting a coil group forming a winding for one phase with series connections of coils detached from each other by 2npi of an electrical angle. CONSTITUTION:If attention is given to a U-phase winding, said winding is composed of a total of four coils U1-U4. Then, two coils U1, U3 detached from each other by 2npi (n is an arbitrary natural number) of an electrical angle are connected in series to constitute a first coil group UA and terminals U1, X1 are provided at both ends of said first coil group UA. Also, two coils U2, U4 detached from each other by 2npi of an electrical angle are connected in series to constitute a second coil group UB which is provided with terminals U2, X2 at both ends. In this manner, a mag-netic in imbalance around a whole stator is improved and vibration in operation can be decreased. Further, lowering of torque in a low speed region decreases to enable a smooth starting.
