PURPOSE:To extremely facilitate the detachment of the device without narrowing the dwelling space by laminating a heat storage material on a heat insulator provided at a lower portion in a channel while an electrically energized heat generating body is buried into the heat storage material to further facilitate the execution of work. CONSTITUTION:This unit is made up of a channel 15 with a U-shaped cross- section made of an outer shell material, which has a specified length and a width less than an interval between adjacent joists. Retaining sections 17 and 17 with joists 14 and 14 are provided on the upper part of both side walls 16 and 16 of the channel 15 along the entire length thereof. An heat insulator 19 is provided at a lower portion of the channel 15 and a heat and a heat storage material 20 is laminated thereon 19. An electrically energized heat generating body 21 is buried into the heat storage material 20 close to the heat insulator 19 and the top surface of the heat storage material 20 is flush with the retaining sections 17 and 17. |
