<p>PURPOSE:To decrease number of components by using part of components forming a master side closed loop circuit and part of components forming a slave side closed loop circuit in common. CONSTITUTION:The 3rd switching element 44 is connected between an output terminal of an inverter 43 and an output terminal of a transfer gate 40. A closed circuit for the master side is formed by inverters 41, 43 and transfer gates 42, 44. An input terminal of an inverter 45 is connected to an output terminal of the inverter 43, and the 4th switching element 46 is connected between the output terminal of the inverter 45 and the input terminal of the inverter 43. A closed circuit of the slave side is formed by the inverter 43 of the master side, the inverter 45 of the slave side and the transfer gate 46. Thus, number of components is decreased more than those of a conventional FF circuit.</p> |
