PURPOSE:To realize the accesses to file information of various types of modes with use of a single key pad by providing a book type spread part corresponding to many modes. CONSTITUTION:A fixed part 2 containing various push-button type keys is formed at the right half of a base plate 10; while a book type spread part 3 consisting of three sheets, for example, is provided to the left half of the plate 10 respectively. The part 3 can cope with five modes, e.g., 'captain', 'character broadcast', 'abbreviated dial', 'personal file' and 'application manual'. The ten key 4 having the same arrangement as a pushphone dial is provided under the part 2. Then, an end key 6 which supplies the end of each mode, a copy key 7, a telephone book key 8 and a correction key 9 are set in a vertical row at the left side of the ten keys 4.
