PURPOSE:To eliminate the factor of fluctuation in the compressive load generated by a temp. change and to execute the setting based on sure evaluation automatically in a short period by evaluating the factor of the fluctuation with a standard deviation as a reference. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic processing unit 9 takes in the load electric signal molding cooperatively with the temp. change by a temp. sensor, calculates the standard deviation, takes in the weight electric signal of the molding of this time and calculates the standard deviation. The calculated standard deviation is subjected to an overall arithmetic processing for comparison with the upper and lower weight threshold values of the weight electric signal of the predetermined adequate molding and the upper and lower load threshold values of the load electric signal. A correction value is calculated if judgement is made that the correction of the reference value is needed. The fresh reference value is then calculated in accordance with the correction value and the respective set values which are the control values for respective stages of setters 10-15 are determined by computation. Output is outputted to a weight control system to change the height of a lower pestle 5 during filling or the like when judgement is made that the correction of the weight of the molding is needed. |
