PURPOSE:To provide a method of heating an object wherein the quality of the object is prevented from being deteriorated even if the heat load of the object becomes to a set load or below. CONSTITUTION:If the heat load of the object to be heated becomes a set load, the flow rate of an intermediate heat medium fed to a heat transferring pipe 12 is throttled by a reaction temperature controller 70 and a flow rate control valve 60, and since the heat transferring pipe 12 has a surplus heat transferring area, the intermediate heat medium is discharged from the heat transferring pipe 12 at approximately the same temperature as that of the object. On the other hand, as the flow rate of the intermedite heat medium fed to the heat transferring pipe 12 is throttled, the heat medium is fed to the heat transferring pipe 20 in such an amount that exceeds the range of control of an intermediate heat medium temperature controller 71 and a flow rate control valve 61, and as a result the temperature of the intermediate heat medium at the outlet of a medium heater 21 deviates from the constant-value control and rises. The temperature of the intermediate heat medium passing through a conduit 50 actuates a temperature controller 72 and a three-way temperature controller 62, and since the intermediate heat medium whose temperature is lowered and that is to be returned from the tank 30 to a medium heater 21 by a pump 40 is allowed to by-pass the medium heater 21 and is mixed with the intermediate heat medium passing through the conduit 50, the temperature can be prevented from rising, and therefore the quality of the pbject to be heated can be prevented from being deteriorated. |
