<p>PURPOSE:To provide the title ink having stable ejectability and excellent shelf stability, etc., by dissolving an oil-soluble dye in a compd. which is solid at room temp. and selected from the group consisting of phosphoric esters, arom. sulfonamides, hydroxybenzoic esters, etc. CONSTITUTION:At least one compd. which is solid at room temp. and selected from the group consisting of phosphoric esters (e.g., triphenyl phosphate), arom. sulfonamides (e.g., N-cyclohexyl-p-toluenesufonamide), hydroxybenzoic esters (e.g., n-heptyl p-hydroxybenzoate) and phthalic esters (e.g., dicyclohexyl phthalate) is prepd. An oil-soluble dye (e.g., an azo dye) is dissolved in said compd. to obtain the desired oil ink for hot-melt ink jet recording. The ink can be stably ejected even under long-term continuous heating conditions or repeated intermittent heating-cooling conditions.</p> |
