PURPOSE:To obtain high torque and a high stable motor, by permitting the respective wire bundles of an external coil cylinder and an internal coil cylinder formed with both the axis-directional ends of the wire cylinder units twisted in the counter directions in the peripheral direction, to coincide with each other at each one end in the axial direction, and by combining the wire bundles at the other ends shifted positionally in the peripheral direction. CONSTITUTION:Wire cylinder units formed with a plurality of coil wires 12 insulated from each other and arranged on the wire surface of the wires 12 bound in a bundle so that the wires may be in parallel with the axial direction at equal pitches and the wires cannot be heaped up on each other are twisted at both the axis-directional ends in the peripheral direction, and an external coil cylinder 1 and an internal coil cylinder 2 are formed. Then, the external coil cylinder 1 and the internal coil cylinder 2 are twisted each other in the counter directions. Then, the internal coil cylinder 2 is set in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the external coil cylinder 1. In its case, on the one side end surface in the axial direction of the double cylinder, the wire bundles of the external coil cylinder 1 and the internal coil cylinder 2 are permitted to coincide with each other, and on the other end surface, the coil wires are jointed to each other in the state of the wires shifted positionally in the peripheral direction.
