PURPOSE:To remarkably improve the quality of a kneaded material by providing a temp. sensor in the casing of the title continuous kneader, and furnishing a control means for outputting the control signal for driving a rotor or for opening and closing an orifice based on the detection results. CONSTITUTION:The temp. sensors 7 and 8 are provided in a casing 1 and at a material discharge part 1a. Controllers 9 and 10 are connected to a motor 4 and an actuator 6. The material temp. in the casing 1 is detected by the temp. sensor 7, and a driving control signal is outputted from the controller 9 to the motor 4 based on the result. A temp. detection signal is simultaneously inputted to a programmable controller 11, and the temp. target correction value of the controller 10 is calculated and fed forward to the controller 10. Namely, the material temp. in the casing 1 showing the variation of a material 2 is firstly detected. An orifice opening and closing signal is then outputted from the controller 10 to the actuator 6 based on the detection result of the temp. sensor 7, and the discharge of the material 2 is controlled. |
