<p>PURPOSE:To improve a degree of durability in a bead part, by specifying each upper end height of a reinforced layer, a carcass ply roll-up part and each of in and out protective layers and a protective layer cord direction, in case of the bead part of a tire, bearing the above caption, having a metallic cord carcass ply. CONSTITUTION:A reinforced layer 4 consisting of a metallic cord is set up around a bead part 3 ranging from a position 4a of height h2 being 0.9-0.5 times over height h1 of a carcass ply turnup part upper end 2a to height h2' of 0.3-0.9h1. In addition, an outer protective layer 6 is set up at the outside of the reinforced layer 4 while an inner protective layer 7 is set up between a rubber stock SE and a carcass turnup part 2' in a way of making height of each of these upper ends 6a and 7a higher than the height h2' of the rein forced layer 4 and the height h1 of the carcass ply turnup part 2'. And, a cord of the inner protective layer 7 is paralleled with a cord of the reinforced layer 4, while a cord of the outer protective layer 6 is crossed with the cord of the reinforce layer 4. Thus, durability in the bead part is improvable.</p> |
