PURPOSE:To make a read from an optional position by arranging a display part rotatably around a main body and allowing to flow rate display part to rotate even when the fitting attitude of a flowmeter is determined. CONSTITUTION:A fixed member 30 which has longitudinally L-sectioned type double cylinder structure is fixed to a flowmeter main body 10 by rectangular pedestal 31. A cylindrical shaft part 41 formed on a rotary member 10 is supported on the cylindrical receiving part 32 of this fixed member 30. The rear outer peripheral surface of the fixed member 30, i.e. slide surface 33 for the rotary member 40 rotates coaxially with the fixed member 30 and is locked at an optional position according to the pitch of teeth 35. Consequently, the display part 20 fitted to the rotary member 40 can be set in an optical direction by rotating the rotary member 40.
