PURPOSE:To use one sheet of an optical recording medium for plural uses by dividing plural track sectors into plural blocks, and recording a control information in the respective block. CONSTITUTION:An optical card 11 is provided with a recording layer 12, that plural tracks, lying along the longitudinal direction of the card, are formed in parallel with the direction of the width of the card, and on this recording layer 12, an ID part 13 on which a track address is previously recorded correspondingly to the respective tracks, and a data parts 14A, 14B, 14C, on which a data to be written, are provided. The prescribed tracks among the plural tracks are made to be control information recording tracks 15A, 15B, 15C, on which a control information such as a final track etc. is to be recorded. Thus, one sheet of the optical card can be used for plural uses, and it is unnecessary to possess plural sheets of single function cards.
