摘要 PURPOSE:To hold a desired thickness at a desired position of a bottle by enabling blow molding of a vessel of different blow ratios and made of synthetic resin, by a method wherein an inner circumferential surface of a multistage temperature control block of a temperature control pot is provided with a heat insulation member of a longitudinal direction along the inner circumferential surface. CONSTITUTION:Multi-state temperature control blocks 21-25 can vary their temperatures respectively with heat sources such as an electric heater, water and oil. A part in a circumferential direction where it is desirous of making especially thin through stretching, for example, the insides of temperature control blocks 22, 23 of Bth and Cth stage are fitted with a heat insulation member 4. The inside of a parison 1 is filled with low-pressure air through a position shown by an X part of a heating rod 6, and the outside of the parison and the insides of blocks 21-25 are preheated by performing preblowing. In this instance, the B and C stages to which the heat insulation material 4 an fitted do not cool due to adhesion of the parison 1 to them through inner blow pressure. Therefore, the parison 1 stuck to the other stages, with which the heat insulation material 4 is not fitted, has different temperatures in a vertical direction and can be made into a desired thickness.
