The subject of the invention relates to a high-temperature thermal probe device. It consists of a combination of a thermo-contact assembly 8, 9 and with the transmissions 5, 11 controlling a breaker switch firstly with a heat-retractable enveloping sheath 2 and then with high-temperature wiring 12. It is intended for the automatic regulation of heating appliances and allows incorporation in any recuperator through its thermal protection system and its wiring which are allied to the simplification of its elements, increasing the duration of use and the reliability thereof. <IMAGE>
