摘要 PURPOSE: A method for isolating muscle protein is provided to easily separate muscle protein and to improve separation efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A protein is isolated by removing moisture of muscle and saccharide and performing glycosylation at 30-60°C for 30 minutes to 24 hours. The saccharide is glucose or dextran. A method for protein powder comprises: a step of reacting muscle and saccharide for glycosylation; a step of dissolving the glycosylated protein in a solution and centrifuging; and a step of isolating supernatant and freeze-drying.
