These shears, with a bevelled cutter 1 which can be turned over in vertical translation, make it possible to initiate cutting of the metal sheet placed on the die 2 at any point on the latter. A component 3 whose height can be adjusted holds the metal sheet on the die. An adjustable square 4 slides in the chassis and allows very precise cutting. <IMAGE>
