摘要 PURPOSE:To have a large current driving capacity, to minimize a consumption current, to widen an output voltage range and to obtain sufficiently a phase margin by providing additionally a bias means and causing a bias current to flow to the MOSFET in a level bias means and one side MOSFET of an inversion type output amplifying means. CONSTITUTION:At the rear step of a level inverting part 61, a bias circuit part 64 is provided. In the circuit part 64, a current mirror circuit is composed of MOSFET 40 and 41 and the bias is given from an MOSFET 42. The bias voltage of the constant level removed from the MOSFET 41 is impressed to a connecting point 44 with MOSFET 18 and 19 of a level shifter circuit part 62. Since MOSFET 19 and 21 constitute a current mirror circuit, such a bias voltage is impressed even to the gate of a MOSFET 21 of an output amplifying part 63. For this reason, the current to flow at an MOSFET 20 of the amplifying part 63 does not come to be zero in any condition. By the circuit, a B class action is executed, an output voltage range is widened, a sufficient phase margin is obtained to the process change and a consumption current at the time of a non-input can be minimized.
