PURPOSE:To fix and support a core without producing a straing caused by tightening by a method wherein a specific shape is given to the cross section of an upper end frame and a lower end frame and an upper part and a lower part of the core are inserted into each frame respectively and the core is positioned and fixed to the vertical direction by coupling a core tightening band with a core frame by bolts. CONSTITUTION:An upper end frame 11 and a lower end frame 12 have the cross sections of U-shape with wings and four oval bolt holes are drilled at their bottoms with a certain interval and each wing portion 13, 13, which is to be the coil supporting part, is facing each other and both end portions are coupled together by a left end frame 14 and a right end frame 15. Bolt stands 17, 17 are protruded from a core tightening band 16 along with an ear metal 3 and the band 16 is lapped around a core 1 in such a manner that the bolt stands 17, 17 are positioned at the top and the bottom of the core 1. The upper part and the lower part of the core 1 are inserted into the upper end frame 11 and the lower end frame 12 tightly with cushioning material 18 between the core and the frame and the core 1 is fixed to the core frame by the fixing bolts 19, 19. The fixing bolts 19, 19 fix the core tightening band 16. |
