PURPOSE:To perform mass production and lower the cost,, by projecting a pectinated section on the inner periphery (outer periphery) of an oscillating unit, and by press-punching recessed sections between the pectinations. CONSTITUTION:The pectinated section 12 of a wave motor is press-punched in the inner peripheral direction. Then, the external side of a pectination 22 is pressure-contracted to be less than the pectination 22 so that the amplitude of a contact section between an oscillating unit 111 excited by a progressive wave among bending waves generated with voltage application to a piezoelectric element, and a moving unit 113 may be of optimum. Then, on the upper section of a pectination 112 set on the oscillating unit 111, the moving unit 113 performing a rotational motion actually is composed. |
